Blessing to All Glory to God
The Chinese say, “Plan for the year in spring, plan for the day in the morning.” For anything to be successful, we must plan early. But what is most important? What is the direction of your life? What is the mission that our church needs to accomplish?
The theme for the 8th Chinese Congress on World Evangelization last year was “The Holistic Gospel of Christ to All Peoples”. It stressed that we have to be the ambassadors of Christ to spread the holistic gospel, not only a verbal message, but a gospel related to the spirit, soul and body of people. God’s holistic blessing must be extended to all peoples. Only then will we be able to meet God’s will and glorify Him.
This year, we want to return to our Mission Statement, “Empowering God’s People, Blessing our World”. We would like to learn God’s will from His Word, in particular from the Old Testament. We also want to explore with you effective strategies and plans to fulfill our Vision, especially on development of community service, building gospel bridges for evangelism, and equipping more faithful disciples of Christ. Please pray constantly for our spiritual growth, church unity and enthusiasm on evangelism. We would like to invite you to attend our church prayer meetings. By God’s grace, may we put into practice “Blessing to All, Glory to God”.
